In this post, we have created a video which explains and goes through the motions in a step-by-step introductory format to help you start and incorporate your business.

In order to incorporate a company, you must use the companies house website. Whilst the government have made an extra effort to ensure that the development of this website allows for an easy to use functionality, it can sometimes be daunting to go ahead and set up a company when there are so many technical words and aspects to this process.

However, we believe that’s starting a business shouldn’t be that difficult. If you have any questions please do feel free to put your comments down below in this post and we’ll try and answer as many of them as we can.

There are many reasons why you should start up a limited company, however, we believe the main ones are the following:

  • If you become bankrupt or if the business doesn’t work out you are generally protected so that your creditors or anybody that wants to sue you can only sue the companies assets and not your own individual assets.
  • If you have several business partners having various shareholding can legalise the format of your business.
  • If you would like external investors generally incorporating the company will enable you to do so.
  • There are many tax efficiencies and tax breaks from incorporating the business.

Quite frankly the list and list but will stop here. If you can think of any more reasons to incorporate a company then feel free to add them to the comments below.

Now sit back and enjoy this video!
