Changes
There has recently been a change over from compulsory ‘Annual Return’ filing to the new ‘Confirmation Statement’ filing. Companies House still charge you £13 to file this return however the user interface has slightly changed to an arguably more user-friendly system.
This is still compulsory annual filing for all Limited companies.
